Questions buyers ask.

How fast can I get a firm quote?

The instant RFQ gives an indicative number right away. An estimator reviews your drawing and sends a firm quote within one business day for most parts (sample commitment).

What file formats do you accept?

STEP is preferred, plus IGES, Parasolid, SolidWorks and STL. Please include a PDF drawing with tolerances and GD&T for anything tighter than ±0.005".

Do you sign NDAs and handle controlled drawings?

Yes. Controlled programs are handled in a restricted area with access logging. Certification labels on this demo site are samples.

What's your minimum order?

No minimum. We run single prototypes and 10,000-piece production releases, and we price both honestly.

Can you hold inventory and ship on a schedule?

Yes. Blanket POs with kanban or scheduled releases are common, and every release appears in your portal with its paperwork.
